rm delete a file ,how to recovery it


I deleted a file on RHEL6.2 ,

HOW can I recovery it.

use "photorec "

it is on the SystemRescurCD
http://www.sysresccd.org/SystemRescueCd_Homepage

but if this "file" is on a partition you are still using
it is likely you overwrote it a few times already and is unrecoverable
