RHNetwork replacement app?

I'm using RHEL 3.0 AS on several boxes, mainly Dell 2650s and 2850s. Our intranet isn't and won't be connected to the internet, and my tech. director wants me to find a way to use the RHNetwork capacity to distribute selected patches to my systems via our intranet.

I would be downloading updates manually from the RH site, and testing them in our software testing facility before distributing them to our "working" machines. Does anyone know if I can deploy a system that is configured is such a way so as to "trick" RH into using the RHNetwork automatic update function to reach out to a master system and download the updates I've selected and tested?

Depending on your budget, RHN Satellite and Proxy may be a viable option.

THanks for the suggestions; I am really just floating around right now. Somehow, with very minimal Linux experience, I've become the go-to guy for my boss and boss's boss about Linux issues. It seems like we will be purchasing a private RH Satellite server.
