RH8 Load Average High - No CPU Utilization
We seemingly always struggle with our load average. It usually hovers around 5-6 though it's quite high at the moment. Following is what the top part of 'top' shows. Notice only 2 processes are running. Is this extremely weird? If anyone has ideas on how we can improve performance of this machine, I'd appreciate any help! Please let me know if you need any additional info. Thank you!
