RH 7.3 to RH 9 Upgrade, Dell 4300, Not Seeing Megaraid

Attempting to upgrade from RH7.3 to RH9 on a Dell 4300 with MegaRAID controller. The RH9 upgrade is not seeing the controller/disks. Below are the appropriate entries from dmesg when running 7.3. I've done some poking around and see some information relative to RH9 upgrades and upgrading the firmware on the RAID controller as potential fix. Any help is most welcome.

Thanks much,
