Dear Chetan,

Prior practicing for 'red hat cluster' I would suggest for understanding the document provided by red hat. For setting a lab regarding "redhat cluster" you needs to perform following:

1. firstly group install "High Availability' package on all 3 vms.
2. Then stop iptable and disable the selinux. And set the password for 'ricci' service (prefer same password).
3. Now start simultaneously on all the vms (if you wants all 3 in cluster).
4. now start the 'luci' service on any of the vm.
5. now move ahead as per the documentation.

As you've been told SEVERAL times now, you should contact Red Hat support for help, since you're using RHEL...have you done this?? Did you try looking at ANY of the ample documentation in the Red Hat knowledgebase? Like this very first hit that shows up in Google for "how to configure rhel 6 cluster":
https://access.redhat.com/documentat...dministration/

...or any of the other documentation that a PAYING CUSTOMER has access to??? Did you do ANY basic research? If so, then tell us what problem(s) you're having...otherwise, read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature. Posting questions like this is tantamount to asking us to look things up for you. Someone with a 'certification' should be familiar with the knowledgebase.

Cluster usually use some shared disks. Sharing VMDK between VMs make lot of limitations and does
not recommended. There is another solution called DRBD.

You can read my POC of Building RedHat 6 Cluster with DRBD exactly on VMs including fencing.
