Unhappy redhat ati redeon 9000 pro quake3


i have installed redhat 10 times in the last 2 weeks
i have installed quake 3 point release 1.32b go to run terminal
it just says
you are using mesa ( no hardware acceleration) its tick in display for card
driver dll used :libgl-so1

warning could not set the given mode (3) cl shutdown

sys_error Glimp_init could not open subsystem
i have been using linux for to weeks i do not no commands
so if you can help do it by tell me the commands i have to use
