redhat 9 unsupported?

I have a bad redhat9 disk 2 and when i went to to download it again, I could not find a link to download it.... only Fedora. What's going on? Did redhat dump offering a stable linux os for free. From what I have read Fedora is unstable and just for devolpers to play with to give redhat ideas.
