Redhat 9.0 on VPC 7.0

i have installed redhat 9.0 on VPC 7.0. on my macintosh. The install went flawless till i booted up and the screen resolution on VPC is 3200x600 making the screen unreadable. I tried changing VPC settings nothing seemes to work. i fooled with redhats settings and i seem to get nowhere. Anybody got any ideas? thanks
