Red Hat question

I just got a new laptop, and i was wondering if I can install RH and still use windows. Im a so cut me some slack

Absolutely. I know they don't like to hear it, but many of us wouldn't use linux if we had to leave windows behind. What you're talking about is dual-booting. I do it, and there are many posts related to the subject.
