More Red Hat Linux 9 security updates are produced by the Fedora Legacy team, who extend legacy distributions beyond their end-of-life. If that doesn't suit your requirements, you may need to upgrade.

the fedora legacy project works well for the 10 machines we have left running rh9 at work.
i *believe* you can still purchase a subscription to the redhat network for older versions of redhat (7-9). the channels are still there, but i haven't tried registering any machines. if you're willing to pay some money to get updates and not have to upgrade yet, it is worth consideration. |
No. While the old channels may be still there, the products have reached end-of-life, and so Red Hat Network (RHN) does not provide any updates beyond what had been published prior to end-of-life. For Red Hat Linux 9 and older, there is no value in subscribing to RHN, since you can get the same updates and Fedora Legacy's with a tool like Yum.
