RealVNC fails to start

Hi, I recently setup a new RHEL7 server but I am having trouble using vnc servers. I first setup a TigerVNC server by following this guide (https://access.redhat.com/documentat...de/ch-tigervnc) however after each reboot the tigervnc server would switch from display :1 to :2 then :3 and so on so forth. This kept throwing up port errors on vnc viewer as each time it changed the port number would also change with it.

I then removed TigerVNC using yum remove and installed RealVNC connect instead. I followed the official RealVNC guide for the installation (https://www.realvnc.com/en/connect/d...ll-remove.html). RealVNC worked fine for a time until a day or two ago and it now fails to start after a reboot. I've also tried manually starting the service through a terminal to no avail. The commands I tried where (sytemctl start vncserver-x11-serviced.service) and (systemctl enable vncserver-x11-serviced.service) as well as (vncserver-x11) none of which work seem to work when I try to connect to the server through VNC viewer on a seperate machine. The machine i'm trying to connect to it with throws up a "RealVNC server is not currently listening for cloud connections when attempting to connect to the server" error. I also tried connecting locally (through LAN) which throws up "Unable to connect to VNC Server using your chosen security setting.
Either upgrade VNC Server to a more recent version from RealVNC, or
select a weaker level of encryption".

I installed both as root so maybe that is also the cause? I'm aware TigerVNC has some compatability issues with RealVNC which is why I removed TigerVNC in the first place. I also cannot uninstall RealVNC using (rpm -e realvnc-vnc-server realvnc-vnc-viewer) nor install it again using the same method as before (could the command the RealVNC guide be incorrect for my installation?). I'm relatively new at RHEL and only use linux occasionally so I don't know my way around too well at the momment. Any advice you can give me would be much appreciated .

For anyone else that may run across this issue I have resolved it by using the command rpm -qa --queryformat "%{NAME}-%{VERSION}-%{RELEASE}.%{ARCH} = %{VENDOR}\n" finding the installed package and removing it through yum then reinstalling.
