Reach web page from Apache Red Hat Server

I connected my computer having Linux RadHat 9.0 and Apache Web Server in IPv6 with Tablet PC having Windows XP as OS.

In fact, I created one file .html and put it on my comuter having Linux RedHat 9.0 installed.

I reconfigured Apache Server on RedHat computer to be in IPv6 only.

I succeeded to ping both computers in IPv6 (I installed on Tablet PC the IPv6 module), but when wanting to open this web page from Tablet PC, the problem occurs, it cannot open it, and I do not know the reason why... If you have any idea why is it so, I would be glad if you could help me.

1) check the permissions of the html file make shure that your the user that apache runs under can read it.
2) Make shure that the files is in the correct documentRoot (check apache configuration)
