Problem with Xgl on Scientific Linux 5

Hi to all!
I've a few (but hard!) problems with Xgl & Compiz onto this distro (a RedHat-fork) I use for working.
I've problems with gdm... the windows on the desktop are visualized without their upper bar, and similar things... what's the matter?
In addition, in this moment I've some trouble with Gdm itself... 'cause Xgl overwrote the Gdm configuration file... and I can start only with Xgl...

Can anyone help me??

Is there some .rpm repository supporting Xgl/Compiz or Beryl, or Aiglx?

Thanks in advance!

Ivano - ItaLy ;-)
