Problem setting language

I'm Italian and I want to set Italian language as default for my Red Hat 8.0.A. I have installed my Red Hat with Italian setting, but it uses English. Using the Control Panel I can see the default country is Italy, but the language isn't selected; I think use English by default. How can I set Italian language on my system?
Really thanks!!!
