Print Screen key?

When I first installed Redhat 9, I was able to take a screenshot of my desktop by pressing Shift Print Screen, a window poped up and let me save Screenshot.png whereever I wanted. It's been a month now, and it seems this doesn't work anymore? Can anyone offer me some assistance?

it may be because you switch your WM or desktop environment

I don't think that's it. I've only used gnome the entire time.
