Nvidia graphix wont install on redhat 9.0
 
Iv recently put redhat 9.0 back onto my computer, and am having a problem with the drivers nvidia are suplying of there website, i go to install them n it says

you appear to be running an X server; please exit X before installing
how do i exit X? i canot find a command to exit, any help would be apriciated thank you

- Press ctrl+alt+f1 to enter console 1
- Log in as root
- Type init 3.
The xserver should exit. You will then be able to install the drivers.
