that's not be an officially recognised tool for aaaaaaaaaaaages. it's been system-config-network for a long time now.

ok thanks, but thats only for the graphical interface.

You can run system-config-network-tui which is a text based interface. If you run system-config-network in a GUI environment, then the GUI version will be run. If you run the same command in text mode, then system-config-network-tui is the app thats run.
