Need /usr/bin/ksh for Red Hat Linux release 9 (Shrike)

I have a red hat system that I'm trying to install tivoli software and the tivoli software tells me

/usr/bin/ksh is needed by TIVsm-BA-5.3.4-0

I cannot find ksh anywhere on that system and the system admin cannot find the cds that were used for the orig. install. And I cannot find ksh at the red hat site.

Any ideas where I could find ksh executable for "Red Hat Linux release 9 (Shrike)" ?

Thank you
