Need to write ISO file on to USB pendrive

I have customised redhat enterprise linux with me. I am having the ISO file of 450 MB. I need to install it on to my new hardware. which does not support the CD/DVD ROM. I need to install the linux through the USB only. Can anyone help me out of it.
Is there any tool which can wrtie the ISO file on to the USB pen drive? So that it can act as the replacement of bootable CD. I need make the USB bootable and install the linux distribution contained in it.
How to keep the Linux installation files on to the USB and make the USB bootable and install linux from it.
I have done "dd if=/dev/cdrom of=/dev/sda1 bs=1". but it did not help me.
