Nope...there is no such guide, and no one here is going to be able to give you detailed steps. If you're already a Linux administrator, you already know how many services a 'server' can have, and what it takes to configure them, and the users.
The only 'guide' would be to identify what the HP server is doing first...what services does it provide? Then identify the users of that server (and its services), and migrate them over to RHEL one at a time. Also....why would you use RHEL5, since the latest is 6?
