For a redhat mailserver, you will have to do a modification of the sendmail configuration ( make sure you have the sendmail-cf rpm installed, modify /etc/mail/sendmail.mc and remake the sendmail.cf). Depending, you may have to add "myserver.com" to /etc/mail/local-host-names. Assuming you have user & user2 as local names, you are all set. If you want mail to user or user2 delivered to someone who is not user or user2, you need to modify /etc/mail/virtusertable and remake /etc/mail/virtusertable.db.

Read the docs, and reread the docs.
