LTO-2 tape devices not showing up in /proc/scsi/scsi file

Hello,

Sorry, newbie question, but posting here since I'm running Red Hat. I'm running Red Hat Enterprise Server 5.3 and am trying to install NetBackup. My current issue is that the OS can't see the LTO-2 tape devices. I have 6 LTO-2 drives in a Dell 136T tape library, connected via fibre through a switch. From what I can tell, the fibre card and switch are set up correctly. The /proc/scsi/scsi file seems to show the robot control, but no tape devices.

I tried to have the OS rescan the scsi bus with the "touch /etc/reconfigSys" command, along with a reboot.

Still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
