/lib/ version 'GLIBC_PRIVATE' not found error

I am doing testing and just upgraded my RH 6.0 to RH 6.2. I know this is an outdated version, but I need to run some tests on this version. After upgrading, when trying to boot up, it stops when trying to start init and this error comes up :
/lib/ version 'GLIBC_PRIVATE' not found

May I know what did I do wrong? I think I've selected the libraries to be upgraded. Thanx in advance.
