Is it safe to install DAG on RH ES4?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if it's safe for me to run DAG on my RH ES4 installation?

Code:
# cat /etc/issue
Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 5)
Kernel \r on an \m

And if so, how would I install DAG? And does it work just like Apt?

Thanks

DAG is a repo and it does work with apt, yum and up2date. It is safe to install and use please see the FAQ for the details;

As a suggestion you should install yum and the related packages, consider it practice for RHEL5
