Icons disappeared in KDE (RH9) after installing icon scheme

Hi all,

I installed the "crystal" Icon scheme for kde and deleted some unwanted that came preinstalled with RH9 (including the one I was using at that point). After applying the new scheme all icons where gone in kde (Menus, toolbar, desktop...). I wanted to revert to the default bluecurve scheme but kde control center crashes every time I click on "Icons" under "Appearance & themes".

So obviously here's me question: How can I switch back to the default scheme (bluecurve) manually? Which file do I have to edit? Where should these icons reside?

Thx in advance,
