Unhappy IBM ThinkPad + IrDA + RH9

Im trying to get it all work but it seems to be harder i knew..

I can't make mobile connection. I have Nokia6310, which works with generic modem driver (at least in wxp over IrDA).

I don't have a slighets idea how to connect to internet with this combination.

I don't have a floppy drive in my laptop due to CD, so only possibility is to connect to internet with what i have, which means that downloading some drivers now is impossible.

So, how to make IrDA work on my computer?
