Question How to use clipboard facility ?

Hi ,
When i get any error or warning message i want to capture the entire window or the text messages . I usually do this in Windows OS with the help of print screen button . How to i do this in Red-hat 9.0 ?.

Having kde installed: ksnapshot
Also : Gimp can take snapshots
For getting text only: just select it and middle click somewhere where you want to paste it.
