Hi ,

I am having redhat 7.2 server and i have stopped the qmail service using the following command

Now the problem is when i restart my server qmail service will start automatically. How do i avoid qmail service starting from rebooting the server?

How was qmail installed on your system? I'm sure if you had used the Redhat packages, chkconfig would have worked.
