how to save the file to floppy diskette?


redhat9.0 used.
i downloaded the file to root drive.
want save the file to floppy diskette.
how to do?

well, if your in your gui, then you can mount the floppy by right-clicking on the icon and telling it to mount and then copying the file to /mnt/floppy

or from terminal, #mount /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy ( or #mount floppy)
then #cp [/file location/filename] /mnt/floppy

or a combination of both
