How to run File Browser with root permissions

I want to create a link which executes File Browser as root user. In Ubuntu I used:
gkdudo nautilus
How to do this in RHEL 5.8? My user is allowed to use sudo.

hmm, that's an obscenely bad idea! don't do that! I'd VERY strongly suggest you get used to only being root within a single terminal window.

but does "sudo nautilus" not work?
