How to remove "Welcome to Red Hat" at RH9 startup?

Ok - so here's the deal -

How do I remove the "Welcome to Red Hat Linux" message in command line at boot up? Any pointers would be appreciated.

the exact thing you need to do is

edit issue file by this command

vi /etc/issue

that's it just remove the first 2 lines and add what ever you want to

and one more thing if you want to add personal message's to all the users then you can do that also

if you want details for that just mail me on varunvarde2007@yahoo.com

i will reply you in half an hour
