How to read mail using sendmail on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.1


Hi, i installed sendmail on mi REHL 5.1, and folloewd this instructions for the configuration:

What i want to know is once i've done this. How do i check the mail?, i'm new at this, so i don't know what to do, i need to read and write e-mail using the mail server i've created, it's no only my e-mail acount but all the acounts of the domain, i'll apreciate any help

you can use the "mail" command to read your mail box (see manpage for details) or any of a range of more user friendly MUA's from mutt up to Evolution and KMail. or just look at the files on /var/spool/mail (or wherever the mail is being stored on your system.)

I like "mutt" better if you need NO-GUI program. You might need to install it but it will be worth it.
