Question how to kill zombie process


hello guys
i'm trying to a zombie process
but i'm not succedd
plz, help me



sory for my bad english...

You can't kill a zombie, but you can kill its parent and the zombie will disappear. To see the process tree and the parenthood among processes you can do

ps -eO user -H
Anyway, the init process (PID=1) will reap them after some time and since they don't use resources you can safely ignore them. As a last resource, a reboot kills anyone.
