How to connect Internet using Redhat..?

i have an bsnl's broadband interet connection

my modem is D-Link GLB502T ADSL 2+ router..

how can i configure internet connection in REDHAT 5...?

You have RHEL 5...?

Basically you must set up a dsl connection from the GUI

Network Device Control

or

#su
#system-config-network

A gui will come up

sory...i can't understand anything

because..me a newer in Redhat..

yesterday i first installed that..

so please give detailed information

If you have X installed and running, it will launch a Graphical User Interface window when you issue the command system-config-network. You will then be able to specify your IP (or DHCP), and other network parameters to be able to connect to the network. If you are not comfortable with assigning static IP's, I'd recommend you go with DHCP (provided you have enabled DHCP server on your DSL router).
