Is there a question you meant to post, or are we supposed to guess as to what you need?

If, as your subject line suggests, you want to set up a transparent proxy, how about posting some actual details and problems that you're having?

Otherwise, try Google...lots of information there on how to set up Squid to be a transparent proxy server.
