How to configure senmail as mailserver for Redhat Linux 9?

Hello linux experts out there! I'm a newbie and I want to know how to configure sendmail as mailserver in my Redhat Linux 9 PC. I dont have domain name I use my IP address to access my website (Webserver) Example http: //203.134.122.23 anybody can help me on how to setup my mailserver without domain name? redhat's sendmail info (kinda old):

for doing mail and web and stuff with the ip you have (even if it's dynamic), use something like:

http://www.no-ip.com/

by the way, most folks would recommend that you use another mta, instead of sendmail, as sendmail is not very friendly, and it has a very bad reputation as far as security is concerned...

there's several other (arguably better) mta systems out there... here a good example of one:
