Question How can I do to add a item of start menu in Red Hat 9

Hello,
I'm a new member of "LinuxQuestions.org" and I'd like to know how can I add a new menu's item in Red Hat 9. I know that exists kmenuedit (KDE), but I have to change each machine diferently.
So, I must not change level's user. The same user must have diferents menu options each machine.
I hope that anybody can help me.

Very thanks.
