the problem happen after i removed a adsl card and installed a new soundcard in its place.
when i tried to boots to windows it hangs with

rootnoverify (hd0,0)
chainloader +1

Please help me out, how do you fix this problem?

I suspect that windows is hanging, becuase of the hardware change,
