File showing with ? when using ls -al. How to remove file with only ?

Can anybody give me an idea as to this issue. There was an issue with the company EMC Clariion system that cause some file systems to be corrupt. Most of the were cleared after running an FSCK. On this system the following shows up on the directory:
-rw-r--r-- 1 lnadmin notes 3280 Sep 18 08:31 lnmail01a_srv.id
?--------- ? ? ? ? ? lnmail01_srv.id
-rwxrwxr-x 1 lnadmin notes 311 Aug 28 08:26 loadmon.ncf

I have tried to use the standard rm in different forms and have not been able to remove the lnmail01_srv.id file.

System: A virtual guest Red Hat AS 4 Update 5 running on VMware 3.0.1 host. The system is attached to an EMC Clariion which recently lost its zoning.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Just guessing here: Have you tried chmod to "reset" the directory entry?
