eth0 device problem

distro is redhat 9.0. I am dual-booting slack 9.0 and slack
finds the ethernet card without complaint.

I have just installed a new motherboard (K7 triton GA-7N400-L) with
onboard ethernet.

When redhat boots up, I get the following error messages:
"tulip device eth0 does not appear to be present"
and
"tulip device eth2 does not appear to be present"

Looks like I need a different drive configuration.
Where do I go from here?
Thanks
tim
