Dual boot with win xp on sata raid 0

i try to explain my problem (sorry for bad english)
My system:
lanparty rdx200 (amd 64 x2 4400)
2 gb Ram dual channel (3200)
1 sapphire radeon 1900 xtx
2 wd raptor (74 gb each)SATA in raid 0 array (windows xp is installed here)
2 Hd toshiba (320 each) SATA in raid 0 array (ntfs)
1 cd/dvd plextor sata

everything is ok with just windows installed.
yesterday i installed a new sata (wd raptor 74 gb)
and i start to setup RedHat linux enterprise 4 update3 AS
I want linux running in this new drive and a dual boot option.
I stop to work when i see that Linux (druid manual partition) does not detect my windows raid array
it shows the first array as two separate disks (sdb and sdc) and also the other array
is wrong (two separate sdd and sde).
I just can install linux in this new drive (sda)
I don't know Linux well so i preferred to stop and to ask to this forum.

Whay happend if i continue the installation procedure on sda.
Will my windows partition visible?
How to setup grub for dual boot if linux does not detect win xp raid array?
thanks

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
