Has anyone gotten DSPAM to work on RH 7.3. If so please give me the details of configuring it. I have pulled my hair on this.

Could you be more specific about the problems you are having?

Here is a list of my problems:
- RH 7.3 comes only with db3 and installing db4 brought about dependencyproblems. Dspam 2.7.2 now incorporates db3.

- after compiling dspam 2.7.3 with db3 enabled, and forward spam messages to spam-user@domain, dspam_stats user shows nothing. i.e no dict files are being created in the datadir. I have played with all permissions for this directory but no dictionary is being created.

- i have followed all instructions in the README and am lost

Am using sendmail 8.11.6 (yes i know its vulnerable).

Have you also fed in innocent emails?

yes innocent too. No dict files are being created
