Go here:
http://linux-ntfs.sourceforge.net/rpm/fedora1.html
There are files and instructions on how to get NTFS going in fedora. I have it going in my system, but that's because I compiled the latest kernel into my system.
If you want to install fedora but not loose your ntfs capability, you can copy the line from your /etc/fstab file that has you ntfs partition, save it somewhere, and paste it into fedora's /etc/fstab . When you reboot you will get your NTFS partition (assuming you followed the directions at the above site and the parameters are correct in fstab ).
