DNS & DHCP with LDAP on Red HAT 9

I have Red Hat 9 installed. Need to set up DNS & DHCP server on Red Hat
which will update client dynamically. i want to install the same way we do
on Win 2000 using Active Directory, DNS server and DHCP server which automatically updates client request resolving DNS. How this can be done on linux Red Hat 9, learnt that this can be done using open LDAP or any other way.
