date / ntp problem

Operationg System = Redhat Linux AS 4 update 4
timezone patch --
server A has tzdata-2006a-2.EL4
server B has tzdata-2007h-1.el3

on both these servers ntp (client) is configured
(many other servers have been configured with the same ntp config and had no problem)

server A & B time suddenly changed 1 hr ahead

i dont see anything relavant in the /var/log/messages
also i observed that in /etc/ntp.conf logfile was not mentioned.

Any help as why this could happen

Could they have a different timezone?
What about daylight savings?

servers have the same timezone, the day light saving time should have changed in march 08
which shows fine when i give the command zdump -v /etc/localtime | grep 2008

Any other suggestions?

Given the unusual names for the tzdata files I've moved
this over to our RedHat forum for better exposure.

Cheers,
Tink
