Customized Installation

This question might have already been answered but i can't seem to find a solution. I want to use kikstart via a boot disk to customize a RHEL 3.0 installation. After the system has booted up i'll have a customized install. Is there a way to create an .iso image of this customized installation, burn it on a cd and then use that image to install RHEL 3.0 on another system? I'm sure there is a way, i'm confused!
