I'm trying to make a connection with my university's Virtual Private Network. I'v run the Red Hat Linux 9 Internet Connection Wizard and it tells me to install CIPE. I found the .rpm on installation CD 2 but when I run it, it quickly exits. Apparently it hasn't installed anything because the Internet Connection Wizard still asks me to install it.
Please refrain from posting the same question in different forums, I just replied to your post about the inability to install packages and yet there are two more posts in other sections!

I'm sorry, but I'm a bit frustrated with Linux. I have several years of C/C++ programming experience but my university project is stuck just because I'm forced to work with Red Hat Linux 9. What forum does this question belong in, to get an answer as quickly as possible?
