changing the order of the pcmcia device

I have a toshiba tecra 780cdm running redhat 9

i have a microsoft mn-520 wireless card

it configured when i installed redhat, but now it is trying to start the card before the pcmcia is started, and so the card doesnt get started.
i am a total newbie but understand how to change things in the cli, please help if possible. Thanks!

This is more of a redhat boot issue then a pcmcia problem, I'm going to sling it over to the RH forum, post back if you don't get a reply in a couple of days as the only solution I can think of is a messy hack.
