Cannot find "Software" or "Software Update" after updating RHEL 7

I just updated my install of RHEL 7; I hadn't updated it in a few weeks and it downloaded 500 MB of updates, including a kernel update. After the reboot, I couldn't find the "Software" or "Software Update" programs. Did something go wrong?

I don't find it in the menu either, but when you click on Applications, then Activities Overview, you can enter "software" in the search box and find both.
I am sure there is a way to add it to the menu later, but I use the command line and don't know how to do that.

Edit: Now I see them under System Tools, not sure if they were there before.

I checked and I don't see them either in System Tools or Activities Overview. After a bit of searching, I was able to restore "Software Update" by installing gnome-packagekit-updater.x86_64 manually via yum. But for some reason, gnome-packagekit.3.14.3-5.el7.x86_64 (the latest, installed version) doesn't contain gpk-application but gnome-packagekit.3.8.2-10.el7.x86_64 does.
