cannot execute binary file

Hello guys,

I hope someone can help me. I just installed red hat due to a school project. I just coded some *.sh files, but I'm getting "cannot execute binary file" error message with only some of them.

I used vi to create all the files and file permission for all is 777.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

regards,
Azpeitia.

Just a guess...

If it's not in your path, are you attempting to run the file with "./mybinary" ?
